Festival Sponsorship Application

We Need Your Sponsorship!

With no County or State funding available for this years event, we are depending on your support to make the Experience Volcano Festival happen!

We use funds from sponsorships and vendor fees to ensure that the Experience Volcano Festival is a FREE,

successful and enjoyable event for everyone!

With over 3,000 visitors and over 40 events during the festival in 2023, our sponsors had a fantastic opportunity to engage with visitors and locals from around the world. With the upcoming festival in late July, we need your support as a sponsor!

Sponsorship Benefits

ʻApapane Sponsorship: $300

Meaningful access to visitors at the event with a sponsor level booth at location of your choice.
Sell merchandise, hand out brochures, distribute materials, build your mailing list and more at your booth!
Experience Volcano Hawaii website promotion with link to your business.
Mention in the festival’s press releases.
Your logo as a proud sponsor in our event program.

Lehua Sponsorship: $500

Everything in the ʻApapane Sponsorship Plus:
Lunch voucher for 2 members of your booth. (Does not cover alcoholic beverages)

Kilauea Sponsorship: $800

Everything in the ‘Apapane Sponsorship Plus:
Lunch voucher for 4 members of your booth. (Does not cover alcoholic beverages)
Sponsor one of the stages the festivals musicians will be performing on! EXAMPLE “The Nike Stage”

The Mauna Loa Sponsorship: $1,000

Everything in the ‘Apapane Sponsorship Plus:
Lunch voucher for 6 members of your booth. (Does not cover alcoholic beverages)
The Kilauea Lodge stage (Main Stage) is named after your business during the two day long event! Includes a banner with your logo for the event. EXAMPLE “The Nike Stage”
Receive a 1 year long banner placed on the Home Page of the Experience Volcano website with a business feature page; and buttons linking directly to your business. (Only 1 Mauna Loa Sponsorship is available each year)
