The Experience Volcano Festival is a celebration of the culture, people and traditions that make the diversity of the Volcano Area so unique. More than just a gateway to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, the Volcano Area is home to many activities and relaxing opportunities. Get a taste of everything that Volcano has to offer during this festival on July 25th & 26th 2026.
This festival showcases music, Hawaiian culture, artists in action, tours, demonstrations, kids and ohana activities, happy hours, restaurant specials, food trucks and much more!
Almost all of our events will be free to the public! So mark you're calendars now for the festivities. If you are visiting the
Big Island take advantage of the many lodging opportunities the Volcano Area has to offer!

Last Year We Had Over 70 Vendors!
This festival has a track record of bringing out of state and inter-island visitors just to attend the weekends events, entertainment and experiences. We will be offering vendor spots to our EVH Ohana level members first and then 2025 wait-listed vendors prior to general enrollment.
All vendors will be required to attend both festival days or will be subject to a "vendor absence fine."
Vendor Fee: $60
Absence Fine If Both Days Are Not Attended: $40

Although you can park anywhere at the festival, we encourage festival goers to park for the shuttle service at
Volcano Golf Course. Yellow Dot On Our Map.

Volcano's 'Ohia Lehua Half Marathon And 5K debuted alongside the 1st Experience Volcano Festival in 2019. Since then both events have been proud to continue our partnership to create an expansive, diverse and wonderful series of events for all visitors and locals who wish to "experience volcano."

Public Safety
Keep an eye out for runners, volunteers and pedestrians on our roads! We work closely with the County of Hawaii and our partners to ensure that public safety at all of our venues and events is observed. Masks are not required this event, but you may wear a mask if you choose to. Mahalo nui for your consideration of the safety of all who attend!
