The Experience Volcano Festival is a celebration of the culture, people and traditions that make the diversity of the Volcano Area so unique. More than just a gateway to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, the Volcano Area is home to many activities and relaxing opportunities. Get a taste of everything that Volcano has to offer during this festival on July 25th & 26th 2026.
This festival showcases music, Hawaiian culture, artists in action, tours, demonstrations, kids and ohana activities, happy hours, restaurant specials, food trucks and much more!
Almost all of our events will be free to the public! So mark you're calendars now for the festivities. If you are visiting the
Big Island take advantage of the many lodging opportunities the Volcano Area has to offer!

These webcams are LIVE from the U.S.G.S. (United States Geological Survey) with autofocusing and pan-tilt-zoom! The cameras automatically focuses its view, and U.S.G.S. Hawaiian Volcano Observatory staff may change the view angle or zoom amount depending on eruptive activity.
